Well, prom is going to be a BLAST this year! I'm so excited.  Chris is the sweetest guy for asking me the way he did...a Build-A-Bear that he recorded his voice asking "Will you go to prom with me?" inside! I will definitely remember my date happily! Haha. And better yet, I've already found my prom dress...it's lavender! Hehe...it's so purdy!

So...Athens/UGA was a couple weekends ago...fun as always. Still waiting to hear from UGA tho. It was fun spending time with Marissa and Steven and getting to meet some of Marissa's sorority sisters and attending the Gym Dawgs meet...such good times. If a gymnastics meet was as fantastic as that, then I can't even imagine what a UGA football game is like! Ahh!!

Honor Band was better than ever this year! I met such sweet people, and they're all from different schools, which is even kooler. Yay!Two of the koolest ppl i met...Marcus and Sarah (another bass! yay!)

Ha, I discovered the greatness of two places...Quik Trip and Rooster Roast (a new coffee shop on the corner of Jiles and Main St.)!! Wow, QT is sooo amazingly cheap and the owner of Rooster Roast makes your experience there a fantastic one. Aaron, Heidi, Sydney and I have the hook-up now. hehe. He chatted with us for nearly an hour! Yeah, crazy nice guy. Everyone buy the March issue of the newspaper and read my review on Rooster Roast! Quite exciting.

Went rock climbing for the first time at Escalade! It was painful the next day (ahhh, my arms and shoulders hurt like a mother!) and the couple strange falls that i experienced...in the fetal position once and then another time i almost twisted my ankle or something...all i know is that i was hurting! But it was all sooo worth it! Then Steak N' Shake afterwards, which also consisted of crazy good times.

Hung out at Mary's house tonite for the first time since like marching band! That's always fun.........drama, drama, drama tho....unfortunately.....it's a shame some ppl just can't accept the fact that they screwed up and then have to blame others for their wrongdoings. Oh well, we just have to look past those kinds of ppl and enjoy life for what it's worth.

Wow, got my progress report today...surprisingly, i'm enjoying calculus (although, it can be a pain in the butt at times), and my grade is actually reflecting this fact! Ha. All the 5 other ppl in my class help me keep my sanity. I don't know what i'd do without them (especially Jonathan...he's like a freakin tutor. Such a great guy.).

Update. Haha. I've been too busy!! Too much guy drama, too. Well, senior breakfast this morning was fun...got lotsa pics! It kinda sucks that i didn't get to leave afterwards cuz of my calc. quiz, but oh well...can't wait to go back to UGA!! Only 2 more weeks!!  Sooo exciting! We're so gonna party...and this time Corey and Alex are coming! And this weekend's Honor Band and then next saturday Jordan is coming to visit, so we're taking a day trip to Atlanta...gonna shop and each lunch and whatever else!  Well that's it...i need food, i'm hungry. Yippee, finally finished my UGA essays! ugh, lol. Now i just gotta wait till like march or april to find out...woohoo. So my schedule for this semester: wind symphony, RISE with Mrs. McCall, newspaper, and calculus with Ms. LeCroy. It should be a nice last semester...i'm just gonna hafta work at calculus. And i'm sooooo excited about RISE...the little kids r gonna be so cute! We had the first part of our "training session" today...got all these worksheets with teaching techniques and the different elements of reading and a buncha funky little stories that were intentionally incomprehensible. Fun stuff! haha. But anyways, we go to the Acworth Elem. and McCall Primary starting tuesday...drive over there and work with them for about 25 to 30 minutes (their attention spans are sooo short) and then return to NC right before 4th block. Yeah, really exciting!   I'm actually thinking about going into teaching instead of journalism...i used to really wanna be a teacher when i was younger, and i'm considering it again...but anywayz...going ice skating with chris this weekend, so i'm excited about that, too! Had a BLAST on sunday...thanx to everyone who came! I love u guys! :-*  I was def. tired on monday and tuesday, tho...haha. Hmmmm...i think that's about it for now. Later pplz.

Ok, i have NO idea why the fonts are divided into 2 different ones...i kept trying to change it, but it didn't work! lol.

So tonite was fun! Mini poker tournament at tyler's house with three juniors (didn't know them...) and liz, kelley, tiffany mcnight, and mary arnold. Good times. I actually won the second game. Yay! Even tho we basically just wanted to finish cuz mary and i were tired of going back and forth by ourselves, so we both went all in and best hand won. Webb and i hung out during the day...saw Narnia and then had a huge dinner at my house, so that was kool. Narnia's pretty good. Actually, we saw the first 15 minutes of The Family Stone too, but Sarah Jessica Parker is too annoying, haha.

I'm happy...i didn't pass out at the doctor's yesterday, yay! The shots weren't too bad...just turned my head and didn't watch, and it really worked. I had one in each arm, but not i don't need a shot for 10 years when i need a tetanus booster again. The tetanus kinda made my arm sore/numb, but it's all good now. Well, that's my spill on the past couple days. Nite everyone!

Sooooo, my new year is going great so far! It's been nice relaxing but still hangin out with friends i haven't gotten to hang out with in awhile! My b-day was awesome...my mommy made yummy french toast for breakfast, then went shopping at downtown acworth but most of the shops were closed cuz it was a monday (weird...), then Outback Steakhouse for dinner and omg, i have a story...so our waiter knew it was my b-day, so after we were done with dinner, the whole waiter gang came over to sing, but i was in the bathroom (yeah, perfect timing!), so what do they decide to do? THEY WAIT OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM DOOR HOLDING ICE CREAM AND EMBARRASS THE CRAP OUT OF ME! I was so red, but it was fun anywayz, haha. Needless to say, my mom got some pretty good pictures! After that, danielle, my sister, her 2 friends and went down to Roswell to meet some friends at Startime, which is biggest arcade ever! It's freakin awesome...it has a movie theater inside and every possible arcade game u could think of and go-carts and mini-golf outside. Very fun...so i went on my little "date" with my friend steven and we saw Fun with Dick and Jane...it was funny, but not the best i've seen with Jim Carrey. Let's see, i got a little MP3 player that looks like a bean...it's so cute! haha. It's a Sony Walkman...it's kool. I also got clothes, money, a new purse, and a UGA fleece blanket and banner! yay! And Jordan, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ROSES! U R WAY TOO SWEET!

Wednesday chris and i went bowling at US Play and then to the mall, which was a blast cuz i beat chris at the first game 110 to 75...plus, he's so much fun to shop with! haha, he's so sweet...played texas hold'em afterwards and he beat me...i've gotten addicted to that game ever since danielle and jordan and troy taught me last week, and i'm actually not too bad. And i finally got to go shopping with lauren, cadaro and danielle today...Discover Mills is the BEST mall, omg it has everything! Discovered a store called Papaya which is even better than Charlotte Russe (i know, right? didn't know that was possible!), so i bought a 2 shirts and a little cap-sleeved denim shrug, and i was so proud of myself cuz i only spent like 60 bucks including lunch and paying lauren for gas money! Woohoo! And wow, the Starbucks there has a new frappaccino and latte flavor that's cinnamon and tastes like french toast! sooooo good! Starbucks giftcards are so great...so, this has been my last 3 days...eventful i'd say. I'm definitely dreading tomorrow tho cuz i had to go to the doctors for a physical and get shots for college! oh noooooo! I HATE needles, and i just hope i don't like pass out or something. I just really wanna get it over with...wish me luck. haha. At least i can look forward to lunch with my mommy, lauren, and lauren's mommy afterwards! Well, i'm out for now. Nite nite!
